Star Rating system: Classic Edition!*

• 5 - masterpiece/classic/timeless/divine.
• 4.5 - great. complete and solid.
• 4/3.5 - gets the job done. it entertains you. 
• 3/2.5 - ok. average. good for a rainy day but...meh...
• 2/1.5 - lacking and unattractive.
• 1/0.5 - Circus Fucking Horrificus!

*ok so, i got a little twist to the rating system on the profile idea. i'm only giving whole numbers to animes that are widely considered classics. this way i can show "respect" to animes regardless of my single, personal opinion of them. so, if there is a anime that i think is horrible (0.5) but because the rest of the world likes it and it's a true classic, it gets a whole 1. flip side, a show that i love so much but isn't a competative classic gets a 4.5, while a widely known classic that i enjoy to the fullest of its divinity gets the 5. did i confuse you yet?

rating system for OVAs and specials:

the traditional 0.5-5 star system. Enjoyment is the most important criteria and also continuity of the main series, if applicable. 

rating system for music videos:

• 5 - up there with artists in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. 
• 4.5 - enough to sell out a world tour. Platinum selling.
• 4 - dance floors at clubs fill when they play this. Even wallflowers get in on it.
• 3.5 - it's mainstream and on the radio/tv.
• 3 - only fun for karaoke and to make fun of those who sing it.
• 2.5 - one hit wonder's single.
• 2 - one of the other, filler songs on the one hit wonder's album but the the selling single itself.
• 1.5 - never left the internet and never noticed while on there.
• 1 - never left garage band's garage.
• 0.5 - never again.
