This kind of felt like a collection of stories, despite actually just being one continuous story, for obvious reasons - each chapter the main character is telling a different story. They are all pretty depressing love stories, but still very sweet. The main story itself is also quite interesting, as I'm sure you read in the synopsis.

The characters actually get a bit of development, which I was quite impressed with given it's only four chapters long and most of it doesn't even focus on them. They're still fairly stereotypical characters though, and I can't say I really cared about them, but they fit in with the story perfectly, and can definitley get at least some sympathy from me.

Nemurenu Ou ni Sasagu Yogatari is very sweet, has some interesting stories, and a nice premise as well. If you like romance and sad stories, then I'd definitley reccomend this manga to you.
