I finished watching Chobits and it is incredibly similar to Dears. Dears has less filler, but I think Chobits has more likable characters.
I'm currently watching the Live Action GTO and it's......amazing. If you need a break from anime and want to watch something live action out of Japan i highly recommend it. I haven't seen any film from Japan for awhile so I gave it a shot, its much better than the movie Suicide Club which I watched last :-P
