I live in Skellefteå, a coastal town in northern Sweden. I'm 20 years old, studying computer technology on Luleå Technology University in town.
I consider myself an interested man, with interest in many different areas. One of them are anime - one of my newer interests. I didn't discover it until about a year and a half ago. I was checking my recommended movies list on Filmtipset (a Swedish site about movies of all kind, somewhat resembling Anime-planet) and noticed Spirited Away. "Hey, that's an anime ...!", I thought, clicking the link. I gave it a try. Spirited Away became my new favourite movie in an instant.
Apart from being a fan anime and the origin of the sun, I am a fantasy reader. On my bookshelf I have books by authors like Tolkien (of course!), George R.R. Martin, C.S. Lewis and Terry Pratchett.
I also have an interest in writing and linguistics - especially derivations (Hey, isn't there a unique word for this in English?!).
By the way, I'm not sure what accent of English I use when writing and speaking (though I write it many times more than I speak it). I've noticed that I tend to use a mix of British and American English. I actually like British more, but I'm more influenced by American since at least 95 % of the movies I watch are made in the US.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention one of my greatest interests: Gaming! Everything from computer games to tabletop and roleplaying games!
Both of the animes has a very similar feeling. In contrast to the others of Hayao Miyazakis...
