Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (anime)

6 JAN
2011

(CAUTIONG: Spoilers)

I just got done watching this, it's 6:50am, pulled an all-nighter to watch the last couple episodes.  I enjoyed it.  It looks amazing, the battles are epic, and it's one of the few anime that I find rather believable... there wasn't anything that seemed TOO far fetched that I couldn't believe it.  Lelouch is quite believable as well, acting purely logical throughout most of the series, but he seems to snap at the end when his sister is kidnapped.  It also seems surprisingly believable that people can take the life of another as often as they do without a second thought.  The only thing that wasn't almost believable would be the flying nightmare frames.  I'm not a fan of cliffhangers like this, but at least they made a second season to tie everything together, I will start watching that later today possibly (after I get some sleep).

If you did not like cliffhangers than R2 is going to be fun for you, full of cliffhangers (pissed me off when I was watching it on adult swim and I had to wait a week). Lelouch is one of my favorite anime characters of all time.
