Story: Amazing story that keeps you interested the whole way until the last arc which is bogged down by filler and being drawn out a bit too long. This score may increase or decrease in the future depending on if they animate the rest of the light novel series or not. Animation: Absolutely top notch, Very polished and appealing, the people who animated this put a LOT of work into it and had a pretty nice budget for it. Sound: I can honestly say this anime's soundtrack is one of the best out there, it's very effective in enhancing the mood of the anime as a whole. Children's Domain being my favorite... If you are going to watch this because you like gender bender anime then go right ahead, this is exactly that. But for anybody who is thinking about watching this for any other reason take my advice and DON'T. There are only two episodes in the entire 12 episode series that are made up of less than 99% filler. There is no character development, the last episode does not conclude anything, in fact it's entirely filler too! There is no plot progression AT ALL. Outside of Maria every other character is dreadful and cliche. I am sure most people who see this will think I'm just exaggerating and go ahead and... See full review
Well this anime does a very fine job of exploring the fine line between humans and robots. It explores the idea that eventually robots and computers in general could develop very human like emotions and even freewill. It shows that as our technology progresses the line will become more and more blurred.
The animation was about what you would expect from a high end production nothing to complain about here. The everything from character movement to lighting was done excellently.
The voice acting was spot on. I think that some of the background music could... See full review
If this series stopped at the first season I would give it a nearly perfect score, sadly this is not the case and during the second season they fuck everything up completely as far as the story goes, as well as any speck of physics. Everything gets really fucking stupid... They even breath in space.... If you really like this series during the first half but don't like anime that take things way too far and get WAY too far fetched. Like... WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over the top, then stop at the first season before the time leap otherwise the second season will ruin your good memories of this anime because it takes... See full review

As always, I won't talk very much about the story. But I will say that this story is absolutely wonderful. While not too deep it still shows off much of the complexities that were touched on in earlier in the series.
Wonderfully done and amazingly fluid. This OVA really shows off the animation team's skill. Everything from blades shattering to a man getting a knife to the crotch is animated with wonderful quality.
Voice acting was wonderfully done, sound effects were great and the music was amazing. My only complaint is that some of the... See full review
STORY: The story was amazing... Except that the anime stops before it ever gets into the main plot of the manga, which was a huge letdown for me so I'm bringing it down from a 9 to an 8 ANIMATION: The animation was okay. There were not obvious screw-ups and the movments and motions were good. With just this it would be about a 7 but they do such a good job at portraying the gory scenes in a very effective way that I am bumping it to an 8. It's almost like that is where they put most of their effort into animation, while neglecting the finer details of the rest. SOUND: While some may disagree I... See full review
