Gah, life got hectic- sorry for the late reponse. My work consists of me putting labels on boxes to be sent to other stores and managing a few clerical things here and there for problem fixing. It's really just about processing frieght and it's SO BORING. It pays so I'm going to stay there, but I can't believe people make a career out of it. Also, OF COURSE I'M GOING TO JAPAN! :D How could I not go there?! I'm so excited and it's one of my top destinations. You should go there too and we can go to Akihabara. I heard there is an entire section deddicated to Gundam and while I've never watched the show, I think it would be cool to see! My boyfriend is a big fan so I have to go just for him anyways! The big awkward date with my boyfriend lasted an entire Riddik movie and a sushi dinner where he paid for me to eat. After that I asked him for a band suggestion and we started talking purely for our common interests, never intending to be more than that. It just became more after that and we started talking all of the time. I even snuck out to see him once to spend the night at his house! After a while of hanging out he told me that he wanted to go on a date with me. We went to a halloween party together and 2 weeks later we went to a LARP event where we kissed for the first time. At that point we were together but it wasn't official until another couple weeks went by when he brought me on a dinner date and asked me to be his girlfriend at that point. Overall it took about 2 months for us to get together and it was a slow transition but I wouldn't have it any other way. I have so many good, awkward, and cheesy memories because we took time to get together and I'm just glad life took that course for me. :D (Do you ever get that really happy fast heart beat when you think about these things? I am so happy right now and it's happening) Also, I'll have to look into those anime. I'm almost done with Death Parade and trying to find something else to get into. I have started getting really picky about what I watch so I've dropped a few anime and have been on the lookout for more. What are your top suggestions for the newer anime?
It's awesome you're working for the school too. You're going to have so much experience behind you after you graduate you'll find a job easily!! I've shifted my focus to traveling but have decided to look into a physical therapy route when I go back to school. Or who knows, maybe I'll go full anime nerd and create anime in Japan- lol. What is your girlfriends favorite anime?! I'm 80-90% sure my boyfriends favorite is AOT, besides Gundam, his childhood love. To answer your questions, I'm working at a distribution center right now. I've decided to stay there until I pay off my car loan. I make enough to support myself without depending on others or loans to get me by (Which is really important to me). I wont be able to get by making much less, so I've decided to stick with this crappy job until I can graduate into the next leg of my life. Aka, I'm going to quit my job and take my saving to travel the world until it's all gone. Then I'll come back and go to school! It's definitely not the traditional route, but it's one I believe is right for me. OH!! YES, I definitely still LARP. You should try it sometime, it's such a blast! Still going to school? :) I agree with your statement, I really can't wait for another anime as good as Code Geass and brotherhood! I'm doing my best to convince my boyfriend that he needs to watch Code Geass NOW. As for me, once I finish some of the anime's I've started (coughSteinsGatecough) then I'll watch Gosick too!
