Ok to begin with Im uncertain if my listed animes are correctly ranked and updated when someone looks at them, due to the lack of activity from my part
Secondary; I WONT be adding more mangas that Ive read/are reading, since that list is nearly infinite, judgeing by my old manga folders im at 113 completed, 98 ongoing and 40 dropped, this disregards one-shots....And thats from 2006 when I stopped downloading them and started reading online instead!
And about me? Im a guy from Sweden who likes to spend his free time either playing games, watching anime/manga or going out with friends, fairly normal that is, like to draft althou Im in a slump since a few months ago so nothing to tribute on that front nowdays. Im a quite heavy music addict aswell, however since we´re all here interested in anime, lets skip the real life and move on to the more important stuff!
So what kind of animes/mangas do I enjoy and find worthwhile?
Im mostly for Action, Adventure and Humor, mostly the later since anime and mangas got a great sense of humor and I wouldnt pass something that atleast looked entertaining, if they doesnt live up to my expectations thou I will quickly show it into the ever growing bin.
How I grade my series are mostly from the points of;
Did they live up to their gendres? If its a humor Id atleast expect it to make me laugh, if its a horror I atleast want to feel a tiny shiver in the spine.
Hows their art? Ill admit, I can just barely stand an poorly made environment and character designs, unless the series have either a godlike plot or are plain hillarious.
Were they classic? If they didnt bring anything new to the gendre they made an error somewhere, this is not too much of an issue but new serializations shouldnt back peddle.
How were their manga version? If they have an manga version I would defininatly look it up and in alot of cases the mangas better, althou I still try giving the anime a fair shot.
I dont pay much mind to the music or sound effects, aslong as they fit the theme im fine, althou Ive been surprised when listening throu OSTs to find good pieces that i never knew of before.
