I am a HUGE fan of anime, manga, novels, movies, gaming, etc...

My favorite movie genres include Sci-fi and Comedy (parodies). Some of my favorite movies are: The Fugitive, Star Wars saga, Back to the Future trilogy, Mel Brooks' movies, etc. Some favorite game genres include RPG, Adventure, Action, and Fighting. Some favorite games are: Final Fantasy series, Legend of Zelda series, Dragon Age: Origins, Soul Calibur series, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, etc. Favorite novel and manga genres include action, comedy, fantasy, ecchi, and sci-fi. My favorite novel series to read are the Forgotten Realms and Star Wars.

Thanks! One Piece has enough epic moments to write one or two encyclopedias with, but this part is still one of my very favs (so is the part where they are all sent off the island)

Yup, I have, but I never really got around to reading it. There's an anime coming up in Spring, so perhaps that will encourage me to start the manga. The author actually worked under Hideaki Sorachi, so I'm interested to see what he got from his style.

Yeah I've read the War of the Spider Queen and loved it. I loaned my copy of Dissolution to a friend and he loaned it to another friend and now somehow neither of them has it =/ Haven't read the other two series you mentioned though; should I check them out? Haven't had time to read in forever.

No problem to find Gintama online, but I really wanted (and still want) to have the volumes... It's my second favorite series ever, after all.

As for MPD, yeah, it's great, and it keeps getting better with every new vol. I love it when a manga can keep a high level of violence without sacrificing an intrincate and really interesting storyline.
