Hello! I am a big anime and video game fan, as you could imagine from my screen name. I do not consider myself an otaku or overly obsessed fan, although the amount of anime I've seen would say otherwise.
I first began watching anime years ago, starting with the original season of Pokemon, and over time, thanks to Toonami on Cartoon Ntwork, I was exposed to many amazing anime that would influence my young mind strongly. Later, I exposed myself to other anime outside of Toonanmi, such as Fullmetal Alchemist and Cowboy Bebop, and my tastes for anime grew. But it wasn't until I saw Ghost in the Shell, which is to this day my all time favorite anime, that I became 100% hooked on anime.
If anyone is curious, my tastes in anime are very broad. For example, I love Fushigi Yuugi, which is more or less a soap opera fantasy, but I also love Dragonball Z, which is more or less 100% beating the crap out of each other. So, there you go.
