I could make it into a sitcom titled "How I Met My Not Girlfriend Because That Pickup Line Failed". It will be a classic.
Maybe because Naruto has been in filler hell for what seems like years and I was craving something from it? Naruto Shippuden was back to the main plot for one episode, and guess what? Yep, the fillers are back and they're about Kakashi, Obito, and Rin again. !!! !!!
I didn't know Star Ocean was that high up your list of games to play next. Gamefly just sent me Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven. There aren't really any new games I wanted right now, so I figured what the heck, I'll try it. I'm looking forward to Lost Dimension next month though.
Kai and I have a long history, but I guess he's more like a rival. My best friend from childhood was obsessed with him and would buy all of the Dranzer beyblades, while Ray was my favorite so I'd get Driger beyblades.
It is now. Sadly, I haven't run into the situation where I could use it. But I'm sure it'll work somehow. And if it doesn't, then that's fine too because the girl needs to understand at least that much humor to catch MY attention.
Borrow? That's what somebody said about my car. I won't be fooled for a 7.5th time!
Yeah! You can even put that on your tombstone! Kinda jealous now...
It was out of my control! The spoilers came out of nowhere! You know how it is: you'll read an article, then your eyes do their wandering trick, and the next thing you know, you're lost in the spoilers with no way back.
I waited for so many seconds, but I knew you'd return! ...Is what I would say if I didn't give up yesterday.
Lol, my captcha had me select which pictures were of food.
Tip: get Crunchy and Netflix. Second Tip: get two more PS3s. Another Tip: trade in your baby for another PS3 (pfft, if they'd let you - heck, they'd probably say, "Woman, please. I'll give you half a PS3 for this...thing." and they may also make you uncomfortable by asking, "However, if you give me your digits, maybe I can add a digit to what we can pay you...eh? Eh?"). Don't get distracted! Just, get it so you can play it, then return to me with good news that both it and I are awesome.
Why didn't you? Everyone was doing it! Except your dad, I guess.
Perhaps I will be interested. Depends on how the anime ends. Honestly, I don't think I can avoid the spoilers. Yesterday I discovered like the entire Naruto cast got randomly married off to one another...no love for Gaara though. =/
Yeah, you're like never on PSN. T_T That makes your PS3 sad. Come on! Have some fun with it! Your Xbox doesn't have to know if you don't say anything... Considering how difficult/time-consuming it is to get achievements in Star Ocean: The Last Hope, you're really better off playing the PS3 "international, slightly-better" version. Thus, this logic translates to you throwing out your Xbox and joining the dark side! Do it, cuz peer pressure and all that.
If I couldn't be bothered to stay up all night or get up early to watch something, I'd record it on VHS. I recorded SO MUCH as a child. I mean, I did it so many times I could go through the many steps it takes on my vcr with my eyes closed! Shows were being recorded daily, nightly, in the past (whoops), in the future, randomly - you name it. It wasn't limited to anime either.
Inb4 the schedule suddenly changes when an episode titled "Naruto's Grandfather! The Stories of an Older Generation!" appears and we get into an infinite loop of past generations, never getting back to the present time. Everything...becomes swallowed by fillers - Obito's true goal (or maybe the Tsukuyomi already happened!) ...I just terrified myself. But hopefully two weeks comes around and BAM!, Naruto is back for ONE episode to wrap EVERYTHING up. It'll be fun to discuss my confusion when/if this happens.
The Star Ocean games are an interesting mix of both sci-fi and fantasy. If the thought of travelling through space to explore different planets is personally appealing, I could suggest them to you. Star Ocean 4 takes place first chronologically in the series by being set during the aftermath of World War 3 with Earth becoming increasingly uninhabitable, and mankind must take to the stars to find a new planet for their home. Star Ocean 3 for the PS2 is last in the series and likely always will be because the secret of our universe is discovered in a twist that most fans seemed to have hated but I adored - it's quite fitting for a sci-fi. I've only played Star Ocean 3 and 4, but I've been quite pleased with the engaging stories and entertaining battle system. In any event, Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness is currently in production for the PS3 and PS4, so maybe you could start with that when it's released?
Inuyasha: You see, I was waiting for Final Act to air on Adult Swim so that I could watch the dub, but by the time it finally aired, I was already working my current job where I've always worked weekends and at a time when I didn't have cable or even internet for a year (those were some dark days =P). And yeah, I hear you on obsessing over watching your favorite TV shows back as children. I'd have friends who would want to spend the night on Fridays, but I'd often turn them down because I wanted to catch my Saturday morning cartoons, which I didn't know at the time were actually anime; I appeased them through promising them Saturday sleepovers. I did make exceptions for this, however, like when the final season of Beyblade first aired and I had a sleepover with two friends to watch its premiere at 6 in the morning (like wtf, that's so early thinking back xD). In case you're curious, we made the debut - of course! >D
I have no expectations for how long this filler arc will last, but I was under the impression it could be the longest filler arc in Naruto ever. Do you think there will be ANOTHER filler arc after it too?
