Hello there, my name is Aaron and I'm just your run of the mill anime enthusiast.

How I got into anime? I was a fan of Inuyasha for years, first seeing it as a kid, but it never really opened me up to trying out different anime titles. As time passed, I would ocassionally see bits and pieces of shows that sparked my curiosity in anime such as Death Note and Gundam 00. I awlays wanted to see more but just never knew when to catch them. It took years later around 2009 and after watching shows like Bleach, Naruto, and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood the deal was sealed, making me an avid anime fan. Way back even before Inuyasha, I had a brief history with shows such as Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z, with them being among some of my favorites as a kid. But along with alot of things, I ended up falling out of them as I got older.

Update: Thanks to the Dragon Ball Xenoverse game, the Dragon Ball Z series peaked my interest again and I have rewathed it.

I watch both sub and dub, but prefer english adaptations because I'd rather watch anime than read it.

I've been wanting to put up reviews lately, but I probably won't do too much since reviewing requires a bit of thinking.

hi there. thx for the comment. nice to run into another Teppu fan. u mentioned Blade of the Immortal. if there are similarities between that and Vagabond, then i might have to take a look at it. i listed Vagabond because it really is a great tale. the idea of a swordsman/duelist going undefeated is amazing. sounds corny, i know, and ppl did die for this tale to become heard but many ppl today draw inspiration from this legend, to better themselves. ppl from all walks of life. as a competitor in martial arts, hearing his legend, gives hope that if u train hard, u can go undefeated too. of course, it doesn't always pan out that way. as they say, "u live by the sword, u die by the sword"(unless ur Miyamoto Mushashi). everyone loses in such a fickle sport, like MMA. of course the stakes are TOTALLY different. on one had, u have a deathmatch and the other, a simulated death match. one u can walk away from. but at the same time, that's what makes the story of the Vagabond so great, right? he did the impossible. with all that said, Sasaki Kojiro is my fav character :)
