I realised I hardly have any "pure" romance in my top 100. One of the few titles include The Girl Who Leapt Through Time which is a great romance movie which also includes some magic (well timetravell :P) If you can stand classical music you could also have a look into Nodame Cantible which is comedy/romance between a conductor and a pianist.

The best anime including Vampires however is Shiki. There's hardly any focus on romance though but if you enjoy mystery and horror too I would recommend it allthough be warned that it gets pretty gory and crazy after a slow start

I'm watching a lot lol. New anime season starting now and I have to wrap a lot of 2010/2011 stuff up next week XD

I'm sure I can come up with some useful recommendations. What do you want to watch? Romance, comedy, etc.?
