Kisaragi Ryuji is a normal high school boy who's life gets turned upside down when his cousin Eriko recruits him into her Society Group. The two get their hands on a relic box from a black broker and open it only to find that it's a fire wielding girl. The girl knows Ryuji and clings to him. After discovering that she's what's known as a Dragon, Eriko calls someone from the Society to examine her. Ryuji remembers his past, realizing that the girl (who they call Rose) was a Dragon that hatched in front of him when he was younger. When things start to look up a little bit, a Black Dragon named Onyx comes for Rose, claiming to be her fiancée, and takes her back by force. Does our hero stand a chance? Can he get her back?
I thought that Dragon Crisis! was well executed. I love the art, the voice actors (Japanese, FTW), and the story. I was pulled in from the very first episode. After finishing episode 2, I find myself REALLY wanting more.
Right now, I definitely recommend it!
