I love all sorts of anime from kiddie, childish stuff (e.g. Kaitetsu Zorori) to more adult stuff (e.g. Ghost Hound, Le Chevalier D'eon).

Also, to my slightly childish nature, i have a habit of copying my favourite anime characters and at the moment, i always have a craving for strawberry milk and carrying a wooden sword with me whenever possible.

Things i enjoy:

Manga: Eden, hi no tori (phoenix), astro boy, apollo's song, death note, hot gimmick, monster, maison ikkoku, etc (the list goes on).

TV: Family guy, robot chicken and Spongebob.

Video Games: Phoenix Wright (gyakuten saiban), Professor Layton, Wario Ware, the Katamari series, anything by Treasure (e.g. Gunstar heroes, ikaruga), No more heroes, most mario and zelda games, etc.

Hey!! I just noticed the comments were back. xD Ah now it's just like old times.

I finally went to the anime club which was yesterday evening.  And I realized that I don't fit in with anime fans either. I got there and there were mostly 20-25 year old men in the club, and everyone was so loud in the room.  Everyone seemed to know each other: the guys would do the girl's hair, hug each other, get into joke debates...  I described to one girl about Code Geass, and I compared Lelouche to Yagami Light to give her a sense of what he's like, and some guy was like "WHAT?? They're nothing alike at all!"  ...Oh really?

I was pretty quiet for the most part.  I met the president of the club--she seemed ok..she wears cool gothic clothes.  I shook many hands in the club, but I was quickly forgotten. xD  There were at least 30 ppl in the room (more like an auditorium) with 4 huge projector screens. So the first thing we watched was Nabari No Ou episode 2, then Kamen No Maid Guy.  Everyone was easily humored.  I'm pretty sure The Daughter of 20 Faces was next, but I wanted to go home.  Overall I'm not impressed with the anime line-up.  I will attend the club again when they change it up a bit. xD  So yeah that was my experience there...

I've heard about it yeah. But I haven't yet watched it, it's supposed to be a pretty light yaoi, but the storyline seems to be good.

But I'm leaving today so I won't be able to watch it. If you do watch it be sure to tell me  how it is!!

Ta-ta for now! Hope you have fun while I'm away.

Hahaha yeah, Tachi episode 5 was woooOOoOOOoo. I was like O.o.

Have you started Antique Bakery? The gay guy in it is awesome. Mainl reason why I'm watching it LOL.

Oooh I see. :3!  I just started Baccano.  With so many characters in such short time, I can imagine how the character depth/development might be weaker than the other elements in the anime.  I'm looking forward to see what this anime has to offer though!   Right now I'm quite fond of the character designs.

OMG I did it!  I finished The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya!  At last.  I was stuck at my grandma's for the past few days, so that was a good time to watch it.  Well, hm...  I did find the concerns surrounding Haruhi rather interesting and unique once they became clear (thanks to Koizumi), the time travel, aliens, and etc.  And I did like Kyon's inner thinking about everything happening around him.  I agree with a review written here--if Kyon's commentary wasn't included, the anime wouldn't be nearly as good.

Other than that, I felt really bored watching it. D:  None of the characters particularly hit home with me; I was maybe interested in Koizumi more than anyone.  Most of the fluffy comedy episodes seemed wasteful to me, and I could have just skipped them.  I dunno, the concept of the anime was REALLY good.  I just wish there was more focus on that, fewer fluffy episodes, and...some change/development within the characters, particularly Kyon who seems "lifeless and  unimpressed with all the action around him."  In the end, my rating for the anime wavers between 5/10 and 6/10.  I think I can push myself to see the second season now that the plot DID grab my attention, and I want to see how it is furthur executed.

Lol I was about to tell you "welcome back!" but you left where I live. xD Nooo come baack! -hangs on your arm-
