Yeah maybe it is because of france. But I was looking through a forum and I think the people there said something about Funimation rating it MA because they wanted to avoid most of the complaints about all the racial jokes and stuff that people might find offensive. I hate people who can't take a joke.

Yeah Durarara and Baccano are written and directed by the same person, both have the same style of story telling with supernatural elements.
Theres no point in watching Baccano without seeing the specials trust me xP
