What I Liked: The background art was expertly done and stunning. The CG work in the space scenes. The overarching plot involving a interplanatary war was interesting, if not thrown to the wayside. The fact that it was a "closed space" story (only two characters, almost "in their own little world"). What I Didn't: Character designs and animation was lazy and inconsistent, voice acting was flat, little empathy for character's relationship.
