So I've finished my first shounen-ai, and I must say I've gotten used to the way it works. When I watched the first episode, I thought it was much too explicit, but I kept with it. There is a story with all the *ahem* other stuff. It turned out to be pretty good.
My history of anime watched pretty sums up my real-life growth. I've become a more open and accepting person from watching different kinds of anime. :)
Junjou Romantica has such a wonderful story to it. Since you finished it I suggest trying Sekai-Ichi Hatsukoi.
