Exactly! And the English voice actors don't seem to get as into their parts as the Japanese do. Unpleasant voices can influence how someone feels about a character or show, it's pretty bad.

Lol, I agree with you there as well. People who don't watched subbed anime don't know what they're missing. It really does seem to help improve reading and comprehension. Not to mention that all the Japanese I know (which isn't much) was learned by watching and listening to subbed anime.

I completely agree with you. When I was youger I couldn't keep up with the subs, so I watched dubs. Once I got used to the subs, I could never go back to the English versions. They sound pretty gross in comparison. You're right, it just sounds so much better in Japanese. c:

Lol, that's just awesome. I don't really have anyone around me that I can talk about anime with. Pretty much all of my friends think anime is weird and foreign, and most of them wouldn't like reading subtitles. I just keep my anime life to myself. The internet is my outlet for my love of it. c:

Yeah, they really did do a good job. The creator did a ton of research on the countries and it paid off well. Oh the crotch cloth, I love that! Prussia is pretty great. I love most of the characters, but Russia and Germany are my favorites. I like how all the characters are afraid of Russia, but he just wants friends. I know there's a lot of people who ship Hetalia pretty hard. I wonder if the creator made Hetalia so yaoi fan friendly on purpose. Your friends sound awesome. xD

Don't worry about writing a lot. I don't mind reading, and I'm pretty long-winded myself. c:

Man, it's been a long time since I've seen Inuyasha. That was the first manga I read. I've watched Axis Powers and World Series several times and decided recently to read the manga. I love Hetalia because it was practically made for yaoi fans. I love Russia so much. I know you said you're not good at picking favorites, but do you have any characters that you favor?
