Story- Overall the story was very unique and creative. It was very entertaining; I was laughing, I was near tears. The way it was presented though- with all the random flashbacks- was kind of confusing. Animation-  The animation was great. The animation in a lot of anime is usually pretty bad when it comes to blood. But Elfen Lied was very realistic. The character animation was very impressive.
