Just looked at Haibane Renmei again... I love that show, but I don't want to finish it.. it feels... like it would be too FINAL if I did. I know it sounds strange, but... if I can see a show with a lot of potential to go on and on and on... I get kind of depressed when they suddenly cut it's life short ya know?
Also... Haibane is about life and death... maybe that's the true reason I do not want to continue it.
Anyway, since I loove magic and adventure. I peeked down at the recommendations by Haibane and "Someday's Dreamers" looks like one I'll try to follow now.
Mind you.. I'm still following lots of other shows... Bleach, One Piece... haven't completed Blassreitter... uh, that Girl meets Girl one from the prior post and Area 88.
Speaking of Area 88, they start throwing the big punches the closer you get to the end of the series. Whoo! It was kind of looking like it was going to fall out of content, then BOOM it hits ya again with some nice.. er... interesting events. It actually makes you think of a lot of stuff... which I was not expecting from a combat anime. ( well I expect shows like Gundam to give you something to think about.. but eh.. eh.. oh well)
--Just watched the first episode of Someday's Dreamers, and thought I had started watching the wrong thing. They use soo many real-world images it kind of feels... a tad on the lazy side, yet they seem to be doing a good time with making the characters interact well. The pace is a bit slow, but it's alright.
