I'm a musician and composer. I began watching anime (mainly Slice-of-Life genres at first) to improve my Japanese language listening skills. I've stopped watching anime altogether for a pretty long while, but have seen a few more recently and thought I'd add them to my list here. I keep this list simply to remember what I've seen before.
I've never been much into manga, admittedly. I also stay away from Ecchi and other anime based on sexually oriented content, it just never was for me. When I watched anime, I was much more into the deep mystery, great adventure, impossible challenge, the soul search, finding and fighting for that real love, stuff like that.

That's good to know. It can be difficult to keep those ups sometimes. Luckily it has been fairly up for me as well.
It doesn't sound like Takahashi's previous works like Inuyasha or Ranma 1/2 are in it (unless I'm wrong). From the description it sounds like entirely new stuff. Let me know what you think of it as you watch it. I may just be desperate to find something like Inuyasha thou. May not be in the Takahashi anthlology thou.
That is good to know. Overall the quality of modern day anime doesn't feel quite as good as the anime of the 90's/ early 00's. There are a few gems luckily thou. Just very difficult to find. It looks like you rated it 2.5 at 1st and then changed it to 3, that's a good sign its getting better. Especially that it can grab your attention of something you're normally not interested in. It would probally be similar to me if there were a sports anime that were good and I watched it then.
Don't know why but this last week I found investing time into longer shows has been a better idea than trying to watch several 13~26 episode series. I used to do it back when I 1st got into anime, yet stopped for some reason. It is helpful getting back into anime thou.
Hopefully this captcha is right. They've gotten very difficult to read lately. Someone I know even had symbols that looked like greek letters lol.
Rumiko Takahashi Anthology sounds pretty interesting. Always interesting to see other works by manga authors that are very awesome. How would you say it is so far?

GW2 does look interesting indeed (Just watched that trailer) and the Thief class seems epic, but sadly I don't have the means to buy it right now ._. Maybe later :D

Yep, I had kind of a brain-fail there. I took a quick look over "Aquarian Age" when you first mentioned it, but somehow the Image of it melted with "Aquarian Evol" which thus led me into thinkin it was a Mecha, sorry about that :P
Well, it actually sounds kind of interesting, maybe I'll add it to my "want to watch"-list ^^

Guild Wars 2 sounds like an interesting game, but sadly I can't play it right now Q_Q Do they have something like a free test-out trial perhaps?

Haven't seen Aquarian Age (yet), as I'm not too much of a Mecha-Anime Fan, especially old ones. I do like some recent ones, but I just can't get into most of them :/
For me to watch a "old anime", it has to have something special which makes me want to watch it, because I'm admittingly somewhat of a graphic-bitch xD
