My name is Tania, I'm British and I believe in honesty so.. I only did this for the badge *ahem* anyway.

I have varied tastes but I especially like comedy (and dark comedies in particular). I play and collect Yu-Gi-Oh! and am an avid gamer. I'm a huge fan of YGOTAS and DBZA :). I have a distinction in basic Japanese.

Talk to me if you want to know more and if you want to get to know my tastes in anime and manga.. well... that's what the anime/manga lists are for, right? :)

Hey there :) I haven't looked too fully yet at the rest of the content, but two quick notes:

1. you don't need to put a summary line for each section (unless you want to for the purpose of the community reviews) - we can't define these when inputting reviews to be published, so yeah ^_^

2. at glance, the one thing that stands out to me for improvement is the story sections. we do occasionally summarize the events of a title when reviewing, but generally it's limited to a very small section with observations interspersed. for example, in this howl's review: http://www.anime-planet.com/users/ArtisanKirei/reviews/3138  the entire story section is just an explanation of the plot.

instead, could you update these story sections to focus mostly on analysis and what you think, rather than what it's about? bear in mind that the site reviews do have a synopsis first thing for people to read, but it's ok to rehash a little if it helps with the writing. here's one of patches' recent reviews, as an example: http://www.anime-planet.com/reviews/a799.html . Though he rehashes the story in the second para, he also puts in personal observations into it - for example, comparing it to alien, 'starts with a tense, suspenseful encounter' (gives an impression of how the story fared), notes about adding much needed excitement, etc.

one other example: http://www.anime-planet.com/reviews/a794.html (generally we try to open the story section with an anecdote or something short/catchy, but not required - but he follows that with a rehash, then a bunch of analysis

though each reviewer does things differently (for example vivisqueen rarely brings up plot, while i almost always start my review out with a little blurb), the analysis is always the most important part. ^_^ you seem to do the analysis very well in the other sections, so if story can be updated, i'll have the reviewers have a look at them all up.

Given you're into YGO i suggest checking this manga out: http://www.anime-planet.com/manga/chaosic-rune . Think YGO or another card game anime but make it extremely gory and disturbing :p
