My name is Tania, I'm British and I believe in honesty so.. I only did this for the badge *ahem* anyway.

I have varied tastes but I especially like comedy (and dark comedies in particular). I play and collect Yu-Gi-Oh! and am an avid gamer. I'm a huge fan of YGOTAS and DBZA :). I have a distinction in basic Japanese.

Talk to me if you want to know more and if you want to get to know my tastes in anime and manga.. well... that's what the anime/manga lists are for, right? :)

Hello!  sothis is redesigning the anime-planet site, and plans to roll out an awesome new site design in July, we believe. The blog feature is not part of the new design, and it is going away.  More information about this here:  Announcement: the blog feature is being deprecated topic link.  (Be sure to check out the new site design when it goes live!)

The blog pages are going away, and will be gone when the site redesign goes live. Your blog here will be removed from the site.

So, if want to keep the information posted in your blog, you will need to copy this information someplace else on the site. If you have any questions how or where to do this, please feel free to get back to me, and I will try to assist.

Would you recommend the NGE rebuild over the original? Or is it more beneficial to watch everything in the chronological release order?

I think I like the original versions of the Tallgeese and the Freedom the best. The blue accents of the Tallgeese II are pretty awesome, but I'm always a sucker for the first version of most mechs. Thanks for the tip on starting with easier models; I'd hate to get the money to buy one only to find that I'm inept and model making.

Do you publish poetry? My professor keeps trying to prod my class into submissions. But I think I have a few (...or a lot) or revisions to go before I give it a shot (maybe towards the the start of May). If all fails I can always go the "I'm-not-very-good-at-math" route and focus more on my narrative craft and LA instruction. Have you done any Chap books?

P.S. lol, I see

Thanks for the heads-up on the Gunpla sites. A bunch of them look pretty cool. I'm already pretty sold on the models of the Freedom and the Tallgeese; now I just need to get some more money...

Lol, yeah I can tell from your collection you like NGE. I never watched the series. Would you recommend it? And how does the new movie fit into the overall story? I heard the old movie actually changed the ending.

Looking forward to you next blog

P.S. Mecha Hentai?....sounds, uncomfortable lol

I'm with you on the painting. I used to do model cars and trains and my biggest weakness was alwasy the paint job. Those Gunpla models you said your boyfriend does sound like something I could get into. Anything mecha is cool (Gundam, FMP, etc). I haven't really had a chance to research what kind of other models I'd like; and though I like women just fine it'd be awkward to have one of scantily clad ones most sites seem the most eager to push at me. One in particular I've actually wanted though: http://www.gamebaz.com/?a=i&i=60860U#picture

What characters/series do you have or want?

Are you into anime figures too? From what I've seen those can be pretty expensive. I'd proudly show off one if I could afford one. Do you paint them like warhammer models or are they already complete?
