If you want a movie with an epic story you have to look somewhere else, however much this movie is a good one,it's not something epic. It's the simplness of the movie that actually makes it good. and why? The story: I know that unlineal storylines can be a negative thing for people, but if it's made in a good way than it's not something bad. The movie follows both young and grownup Taeko as she makes decicions and takes steps in life. But the story had to be separted that way too convay the feeling of the movie.
