I'm sorry, but a polite and poshly uttered 'Fuck you' is in order. I can handle being called a bitch, but not having my status as a mindless FF fangirl questioned. I played FFVII back in the late nineties when it was released. I followed every FF game on Playstation up until FF12. Except... 12 was mediocre. And I cannot afford a PS3 or 360 or anything that isn't food or winter survival clothes so FF13 is out of the question for now.

I periodically watch and gush over several FF AMVs. I'd link them, but apparently youtube doesn't allow Germans to watch any of its material!

And when my PS2 wasn't packed away in my mother's garage because I'd moved to another country, I used to rewatch that stupendous opening FFX cut scene and the kiss in the lake, and then also Squall and Rinoa's dance, and maybe wander around in Red 13's village just to hear that theme tune, and then I'd watch Aerith get killed and cry and cry and rock back and forth SO DON'T QUESTION MY LOVE FOR FF!!! YOU DON'T KNOW ME!!

Now, Advent Children is a masterful blend of gorgeous art and mindblowing idiocy, but if you're a fan - if this show, say, helped define your teenage years - then you have no excuse not to love every one of its plot crevices. Or even Cloud's perfected emoing skills. (PS. Fuck I love blade beam, but that reworked Omnislash makes me wet faster than a shower head).

The contrast only annoys you because it frustrates your white supremacist ideology to know black people have a better sense of oral hygiene.

And Princess Tutu is a wonder. It's to be experienced by everyone, male, female, amphibian, mineral. It will not turn you gay - it will make you more intelligent and more appreciative of art in all its theatrical forms. You read my review for it, I take it? Because if you haven't, you just committed the first sin of Anime-Planet.

PS. On the Escaflowne front, I loooooooove Allen Schezar and Van Farnel's conflict over Hitomi. It still makes me gush and wish someone would whisk me away.

I see. Well, thanks for the reply. Maybe I'll rewatch it someday, might have not been in the mood or something when I watched it. As I practically never (I should though x.x) drop an anime once I start something.. Then some genres just gets boring at some point and loses my interest. Or should I learn when to stall.. lol

And yeah, my scores aren't accurate, more like outdated.. I rate things after I finish them and never really touch them again. So they only can tell how much I've enjoyed watching them at that time.

The closes I've come is a list of shows I rate 9+, which I call my 'Masterpieces' list. But that's quite short so I never posted it on my profile. In an honest turn, I decided to only post a list of shows that really mean something to me i.e. somehow stick in my mind and make me feel a lot of fondness for them regardless of whether they're awesome or not. So Hajime no Ippo would theoretically go in my Masterpiece list but it would't on my Fangirl Favourites.

Besides, 'bestest ever' lists are so corny. I'm too cool for that crap.
