I may or may not want to be a librarian, but I'm also really interested in biology and careers that deal with dead people. In my free time I enjoy watching anime (of course), playing practical jokes on people (only once has this lead to me being threatened with banishment from the dorms), lighting small things on fire, hiking, playing with stray cats, staring at taxidermy, and making stop-motion films. Also some other stuff. I'm currently obsessed with every single K-pop band. I like talking to strangers, so leave me a message if you'd like!

As for my tastes in anime, I'm particularly fond of bizarre arthouse series, really dark/gory comedies, magical girl, 70s shoujo, and guro.

Ahoy,

I'm wandering around looking for potential review talent and noticed your PM one - there's some feedback I (or likely the other site reviewers) would have, but I enjoyed reading it; I especially appreciated the humor and lighthearted tone, hehe.

Anyways, while I can't promise anything I'm wondering if you'd be interested in posting a site review-format review sometime as a personal review (ie, all of the same sections as a site review). At that point it's possible the site reviewers would have feedback to give. I'm interested in seeing how your writing would scale to one of site reviewer size/format. ^_^

Only just got around to reading your profile after our Antique Bakery buddy group :p

Loving it by the way. Seems we have similar tastes in anime, so I will tell you (not recommend) to watch Gankutsuou and Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu. Both make my top 5 ^^

I will get around to watching Kino and Skip beat so I can comment on *all* of your top 5 ;P

Thank you for the comment :D

I like your list too; and especially your favorite/least favorite genres - really nice that we like the same!

Oh, and if you want some recommends, I would say: Kemonozume and Kaiba (same creators as Cat Soup and Mind Game - btw, Kaiba's my favorite anime :3 ), Mushishi (well, I saw you're watching it, and I think you should move on!), Perfect Blue, Tokyo Godfathers, Millennuim Actress (those three are made by Satoshi Kon - same creator as Paprika and Paranoia Agent). Chaos Head [Chäos;HEAd], Ghost Hound, Tekkonkinkreet, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time and Wolf's Rain might eventually fall into your taste too.And if you've got some recommends for me as well, I would gladly hear about them. And, well, as you know, I prefer psychological/weird/horror/thriller/mystery anime and mangas : D

Do you read manga too? :3

By the way.. It's very nice to know another person who likes those kinds of anime/manga - the most people I know, mostly watches Naruto, Bleach, and those kind of shounenstuff.. :3
