I may or may not want to be a librarian, but I'm also really interested in biology and careers that deal with dead people. In my free time I enjoy watching anime (of course), playing practical jokes on people (only once has this lead to me being threatened with banishment from the dorms), lighting small things on fire, hiking, playing with stray cats, staring at taxidermy, and making stop-motion films. Also some other stuff. I'm currently obsessed with every single K-pop band. I like talking to strangers, so leave me a message if you'd like!

As for my tastes in anime, I'm particularly fond of bizarre arthouse series, really dark/gory comedies, magical girl, 70s shoujo, and guro.

hehe, I figured it might give me away; but it was the only completed manga I could recommend to you, so I thought it worth the risk (since you really seemed to be hoping for a read rather than a watch ;o)

I'm very glad you enjoyed the recs though. I look forward to the review. merry christmas to you as well ^.^

Yeah this manga is pretty terrible. Glad I could warn others out there to stay away from this like a plague.

Hey Air,

Sorry about the late reply. Succinctly put, everything is wrong with Nerawareta. It has no redeeming features. The dialogue is pseudo-pretentious gobbledegook, the art relies way too much on sakura blossoms and warm honey-coloured light as if it's desperately trying to be a KyoAni work, and the plot is shambolic. It was utter pants. It is based on a super famous novel in Japan, which, like The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, is meant to pop up every generation in a new medium. So if you want to know what it's really  meant to be about, see if you can get the novel to read.
