1st anime ever seen - probably Dragon Ball Z, but probably doesnt count. I have to say the first anime I fell in love with was Outlaw Star (Oh Toonami!) Then Tenchi Muyo, Tenchi Universe and of course Tenchi in Tokyo. But the anime that got my addicted. Take a guess? Noir. Yup. Noir and the music. Now I've gone through a bunch of shows but I'm struggling to find new ones that appeal to my taste. Luckily I have anime-planent.
