A boy suddenly finding himself in the body of a girl and the hilarity that ensues is a major premise for these two series. Each also has the main characters deal with some thought-provoking orientation issues, but Boku to Kanojo no xxx (My Barbaric Girl Friend) is much longer and develops the situation a lot further than Akane Overdrive.

Although how they become girls in these two series is not entirely the same, both series deals heavily between the relationship between the main male characters and their close childhood friend. Both series are quality reads, and especially recommended for those into the body swapping gender bender genre.

Click is another body switching gender bender series like My Barbaric Girlfriend, but features a few more primary characters. The art style is similar, and those who don't mind permanent Ranma 1/2 transformations and are interested in relationship heavy titles should give these two a try.

If you liked the gender role reversal part (manly girl and feminin boy) from Your & My Secret, you could try reading Otomen which explores it even further, though it does not contain body swap.

If body swap themed gender bender is your thing then Your & My Secret and Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo are what you are looking for. Somehow those two series are quite similar (although only Your & My Secret has the gender role reversal going on).

P.S. Keep in mind that Your & My Secret get's a bit confusing (and disturbing for some) with who is dating who...
