Drahken

Both series are about a man who brings forth a dragon, who is intended to be a partner or servant for him. In both cases, the dragon comes in the form of a cute human girl, and a very arrogant one at that.

A man tries to summon a dragon but ends up summoning this loli and of top of that the summoned creature turns the summoner into it's own pet. Thats the story of  both Seikoku no Ryuu Kishi and Yellow Dragon ga Arawareta!, except the first one is a (somewhat crude, but) hilarious comedy, while the other one is a crappy fanservice filled harem. Nonetheless if you found that failed-dragon-summoning theme interesting, you could try reading both.

Both of those manga are crude and in both of them the most crude character, the female lead, loves to troll. Oh and there is also the issue of who is whose master. Although Yellow Dragon ga Arawareta! is less crude and more hilarious than Tsugumomo, if you liked one of those series you could give the other one a try too.
