In both manga a well-behaved male student gets involved with a problematic female student. While the girl in Sakurasaku Shoukougun is a regular delinquent and the one in Ume Shigure not so much, their personalities are not so much different. Both are loud and do whatever they feel like, usually annoying the male lead in the process. Last but not least, romance is an important part of both manga. Although there are some other part of plot etc. that are different (in one the guy has a one-sided crush on the girl and in the other it's the girl who has a one-sided crush), but I believe the similarities make those two manga a good match.
Both manga feature a love triangle and a a slightly odd high school club and because of that they are somewhat similar. Unfortunately Ume Shigure got axed before things even started to develop. If you liked one of those two manga and want to read something similar you could try reading the other one.
P.S. Ume Shigure, unlike Sora no Manimani, is slightly ecchi, but not all that much.
