Synopsis:

Kokoro Hanasaki is a girl in love with a boy she hasn't seen in ages. As a child she was sheltered from a car accident by a boy who suffered scars on his back in the process, and she's wanted to see and thank him ever since. Meanwhile, at school, a new transfer student has arrived. His name's Inuyama Kei and he's a bumbling, quiet boy; but Kokoro would rather be near the handsome Shun-senpai. Whose heart belongs to Kokoro, and will she meet the boy of her past?

Though Eien and Tonari don't have a huge amount in common, they both involve a memory of a boy each protagonist would like to see, and a mysterious boy who is now in the picture. In addition both are fairly generic shoujo/romance one shots, so fans of one should enjoy the other.
