I enjoyed this, and plan to read it again once the official english is released.  It is a much more realistic look at what would happen if someone uses superpowers and guns to take justice into their own hands, there's no "for the greater good" or "they are on our side" where the police are concerned, Sister militia is a serial killer that has killed over a hundred people.
