The Palette of 12 Secret Colors

Synopsis:

Somewhere in the south seas lies Opal, a remote island that is home to both the world's most beautiful birds and color magicians known as Palettes - special artisans who can borrow colors from whatever they touch. Each Palette is partnered with one of the treasured birds, taking colors from their feathers to produce stunning goods to sell. Cello is a would-be Palette who, alongside her bird Yoyo, attends a training school to become the best artist she can be. However, Cello's less-than-stellar skills leave her in the doctor's office more than at the front of her class. Along with Dr. Guell, good friends and a bit of luck, Palette will continue her training and foil plenty of schemes in the process!
