Link is a young boy who lives with his grandparents in the Hylian countryside. Since he was born with the symbol of the sacred Triforce on the back of his hand, his grandfather decides Link is destined to become a great knight. Link heads to the city to take the knight's trial, but after wandering into Hyrule castle and discovering the ancient relic, the Triforce, he is teleported to the land of Holodrum. There he finds himself joining a band of traveling performers, however not all is entirely at peace. The evil General Onox plans to find the Oracle of Seasons to steal the four seasons themselves. Can Link and his new friends rescue the Oracle of Seasons, face the General of Darkness, and save Holodrum from being thrown into chaos?

Both of these manga are from VIZ's kids collection and are perfect for young kids or fans of the video games. They are both about an unlikely hero who is magically transported to another world where they make new friends and help save the day. The dialogue and pacing of the stories are similar and I'm certain if you liked one, you'd like the other as well.
