Both manga center around similar themes and have a similar overall feel. The protagonists have the same sort of akwardness, and both mean well even when what they do isn't necessarily right. Both manga feature bullying, thouh in different ways and to different extents. Both manga deal with moving on from your past and trying to overcome emotions. The mcs also both try to give up at various points in the stories, but it turns out differently from how they expected. They also both have a romance built into the manga, but the romance isn't what drives the plot and doesn't really take center stage in the overall story. Both also have a lot of character developement, and are very character driven in general.

A Silent Voice and Tetsugaku Letra both have very similar characters and a similar feel overall. Despite having quite different themes, they are fundamentally very similar, and if you liked one you'll probably like the other.

The commonality I recommend both A Silent Voice and Tetsugaku Letra for are the social/relational growth the story's main characters go through. The protagonists of both stories--and primary female leads--have shut within themselves to different extents and in different ways. A Silent Voice touches more shocking or dramatic subject matter than Tetsugaku Letra. However, both story's characters must grow through the relationships they form in their life. They come out of their shells through building relationships. The male leads and female leads equally learn from each other and inspire one another in spite of their own insecurities and self doubt.

If how the characters bloomed out of their doubts and shells through the relationships they build spoke to you in either story, I recommend you check the other story out.

Both feature a very gentle romance, where they place the other above all else, including what other people think of them. Very nostalgic, very pure. The same airy type of feel in both.

Both manga are really different in their main themes an many other things. The reason I believe this is a good recommendation is because both of these manga present and explain their themes in a serious manner and at the end their characters gain something. Tetsugaku Letra may work with a theme that won't impact you as bitter virgin but not the less it keep you in the same realistic and serious mood as bitter virgin.
