Eiji is a teenager who's rough and rude and loves to fight. However Eiji has a strange power; when he comes in contact of certain objects, he can see memories contained within the objects themselves. When he finds himself involved in a dark murder case, he assists a beautiful young profiler to find the murderer. Afterwards, she continues to ask for his assistance in more complex investigations.
Tende Freeze! and Psychometrer Eiji are two very different manga. One is a crazy comedy and the other one is a mystery\detective series. They do however have something in common. Both of those series feature a high school boy hanging out with an attractive older woman. Why would such woman be interested in a younger guy (considering affection is out of question)? As it happens the male lead can use precognition powers or in case of Tende Freeze! allow the female lead to use them. Although those woman have different use for such powers (one uses them for her own amusement and profit, while the other one uses them to solve criminal cases), as you can guess those powers are the reason why they hang out with the male lead (not to mention putting up with his flaws).
One day while playing video games, a strange creature called Didi approaches Yu Yong Gi and claims he has a chance of becoming a Hero of 0.05%. And as such she has to aid him in becoming one. She starts showing him the evils of being a Hero, and after a while Yu Yong Gi realizes she is actually attempting to deter him from that path rather than aid him. With the cat out of the bag, she confesses she is a minion of the Dark Lord, meant to make sure he never wishes to become a Hero. Does the average Yu Yong Gi actually pose such a threat to the Devil Lord's plans?
In both series the male lead has a hidden potential and finds himself surrounded by hot woman because of that. The catch is, those woman are not romantically interested in him at all. In both series the male lead is delusional about what the girls think of him, however the guy in She's Gon is considerably smarter than the guy in Tende Freeze. Both of those series are hilarious comedies with a somewhat similar style, so if you liked one, you're ought to read the other one as well.
