When I was reading Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo I couldn't help but think how the dormitory and its weird inhabitants remind me of the manga Kurenai. In Kurenai the male lead also has weirdos for neighbors and friends just lake the male lead from Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo. Obviously he has to deal with them everyday (even if he'd rather not). If you found that part interesting in one of those two manga, you might want to give the other one a try.

The reason for this recommendation is the similarity between the male leads in both series. Both of them consider themselves normal people and both of them have to deal with lots of weirdos everyday. The thing is, those guys seem to do that with ease and the reason for that would be the fact that they're actually weirdos themselves. If you liked the male lead in one of those two manga or more exactly how he manages to keep up with those people around him, then you might want to read the other manga too.
