Both manga revolve around a busty housewife who is head over heels in love with her husband. Sachiare! is more about the couple interacting with each other, while Okusan is more about said housewife's daily life. Both of those manga have mature undertones, without turning into H. I can't guarantee you'll like one if you liked the other, but certain aspects of those two series do feel very alike, so there is a chance that you could possibly like the other one.

P.S. Personally I found Sachiare! to be better one from those two.

Re:Marina

Re:Marina

Rinosuke's useless and vagrant father is now dead. Now, at the age of 16, he is completely alone and will have to quit school to make ends meet. On the night his father dies, a naked woman with large breasts falls from the sky and lands on top of him. She introduces herself as Sakamoto Marina, the future wife of the future Rinosuke. She states that she used a time machine to come back to the past, and start a new life with the younger Rinosuke. Rinosuke's new life with his future(?) wife begins.

Both of those manga revolve around a teenager and his, older, very affectionate and umm... well endowed "wife". Sachiare! might be slightly ecchi, but it's a rather cute series. On the other hand Re:Marina isn't cute and is considerably more ecchi. Oddly enough the first one is a non-H manga by a non-H artist that was somehow released in a H magazine, while the second is a series by a H artist that was released in seinen magazine (albeit one famous for releasing ecchi and borderline H series). Nonetheless, if you liked one of those two series, there are some reasons why you could be interested in the other one, so just in case I'm dropping this recommendation here.
