If you are gonna pursue this type of story, few concepts are better than when one like this occurs, beyond the control of the character, it is done to.  This is partly because too often such stories are so obviously told by either bl leaning female authors or gender confused male authors who lack any sense of a good believable way in which anyone would find themselves trapped in this sort of situation.  Pretty Face stands head and shoulders above nearly all such gender bender stories for that very reason.  Randou has a crush on Rina but a nearly fatal traffic accident remarkably puts him into about as a wild beyond imagination kind of situation possible.  He wakes up not looking like his normal tough guy punk like self but the cute older sister of his crush.  Many of the stories center around him solving problems or protecting others while looking like the girl next door.  What makes things worse for Randou and somewhat more hopeless is that he can not even find a picture of himself before the operation that put him in this situation.  The doctor mistakenly performs plastic surgery based on some wild kind of misidentification that or the doctor is some kind of secret pervert or both.  The story is remarkably well written and paced with a bit of a twist and somewhat unfinished but yet satisfying ending.  It is unlikelly you would be disappointed.  Whether you like drama, romance, comedy, or slice of life, you will be more than satisifed reading this manga.
