Both Karin and Orange Marmolade are vampire themed romance series. Both of them feature a vampire girl in a high school setting. In both cases the girl tires to blend in and not attract unwanted attention from her human classmates. Those series also feature a vampire family who supports the female lead. I think, I don't need to mention that said girl's love interest is a human boy. The style of those series might be a tad different, but if you liked one of those, the other one should still prove interesting.

Both are romance stories about a vampire girl who tries to go through life without attracting attention to herself. The girl then falls in love with a human boy and the story unfolds from there.

I'd say Orange Marmalade is less comical, and rather more serious. It's also the better of the two by far, but if you like vampires and romance then each of these should hold your attention!

It has the similar concept of the struggles of a vampire dating a human except in a different way. They are formatted similarly and are both in color. If you're looking for a great manga read this I loved it so much! >·<

Both are great series about a vampire girl falling in love with a human. They're both super cute and very high drama, so if you liked one I'm certain you'd like the other.

Both series are by the same artist, and feature a romance between two different species, and the non-human half facing the stigma that comes with not being human.

A quiet, unpopular girl stumbles into a chance encounter with the most popular guy in school, who just happens to be extremely good looking and admired by all the girls. Mr. Popular then takes a shine to our lonely heroine and their romance blossoms from there....

While Orange Marmalade follows a vampire girl, Suki-tte Ii na yo has no supernatural themese whatsoever. It does, however, take things a lot farther with regards sexual thoughts and acts than the former. But if you enjoyied one then the other may be something you'll find interesting.

Both stories aren't exactly alike, however, both stories show the struggles of the main characters and both stories give that sense of secrets and mysterious feeling.

The art looks familiar, and it makes you want to cheer on the main character

Better Vampire Romance. Orange marmalade is more shounen and Midnight secretary is more seinen. Do you like the plot going no where because mcs can't express their feelings? Then orange marmalade is right! Do you feel irritated when that happens? Then Midnight secretary is better, albeit there is some back and forth but much less!
