It's your standard harem manga with the same concept, "plot twists", progression and what not. Setting might be diferent but it's still around the same bunch of charachters that are more or less your standard harem charachters... If you enjoyed one you will definitely enjoy the other...

Both these manga are romantic comedies that follow a male character as a sudden influx of beautiful, and irritating girls find their way into his life. It's a pretty well worn concept, but these two have male lead who is more than just an infuriatingly dumb, and boring archetype we see so often.

The comedy in both is also great, with plenty of fun characters interacting, and conflicting with one another in some pretty surreal circumstances. Nisekoi is grounded in reality for the most part, while a lot of the comedy in Yamada comes from the supernatural aspect of the series. But both are consistantly funny, and i find it hard to believe that a fan of one wouldn't find the other appealing.

Both of these school romances deal with a yakuza's daughter being suddenly forced into a relationship. The girl's family is so completely against it that they're constantly watching her new "lover," sometimes attempting to take his life in the process with hilarious results! To add to the list of people out for his life/against the relationship, there's a similarly overprotective assassin bodyguard yakuza in each too. Oh, and more than a single girl is smitten with the protagonist of course, one of whom's father belongs to the police - the natural enemy of the yakuza! While the plot in one versus the other is entirely different, if you liked what you've already read, you don't have anything to lose by giving another a try.
