Immortality and it's downsides is one of the main issues in both Immortal Rain and Million Tears. Another similarity is the odd friendship between the one who is immortal, his love interest, and the person who made him immortal. Million Tears has less volumes than Immortal Rain and the characters and art aren't as well developed. If you liked the themes of Million Tears, check out Immortal Rain.
