Both Kaichou wa Maid-sama and Yankee-kun to Megane-chan are about hard working high-school student councils. One is a shojou manga while the other is a shonen one, so the style does differ, but if you enjoyed one of these you will probably like the other too. I mean both have bits of comedy and romance, what's not to like?

P.S. YtM starts off weak, but gets better around volume 2 with introduction of new characters. Because of that the resemblance is not obvious from the start.

In both, the leading female character has a huge secret that could potentially ruin their life if found out by anyone at school! The male leads are the only one who find out about this secret and keep it safe for their own reasons.

Both are about a highschool girl unexperienced with love and the most popular guy in school that will help them experience it. The story starts at these manga with a secret that gets discovered and the other has to keep it. They have heartracing (especially Watashi ni xx Shinasai!) and funny moments that will make you fall in love with it. If you loved one, you'll definitely love the other one as well!

The setting is very similar. The girls are strong and a little bit manly. The guys are perverted and only have interest in that one girl, which they clearly show. The actions of Usui and Takumi were also very much alike. If you liked one, you'd probably like the other one as well.
