In both series we have a couple in which one (or both) characters are pretending to be model students. This should be more than enough to get you started with one manga if you read and enjoyed the other.
Both of these are romance stories that follow a couple as one, or both, of them are pretending to be the mature, model students, when in actual fact they're far from being so. They then continue on, trying to not let everybody find out about their terrible secret, while trying to maintain their ideal romance.
I imagine fans of one will find the other interesting at the least.

If you need your fix of innocent romance manga, then Tsuru Tsuru to Zara Zara no Aida and 14-sai no Koi are definitely series for you. There is really not much else to add, maybe besides the fact that in both series the main characters are middle schoolers.
Yutaka Hanagasaki is 20-year-old gardener at the theme park Fuegaoka. Merun-chan, the mascot of Fuegaoka, is very popular. Hanagasaki just so happens to secretly like her, but can never work up the courage to even talk to her, always admiring her from afar like a flower. A sweet story of how Hanagasaki works up the courage and becomes closer to Merun!

Both series feature multiple quirky couples in school setting. 14-sai is more serius while Hajikko is more comedic. Still, you might like one, if you liked the other

Those are some of the best middle-school rom-coms (if not the best in general). Well 14-sai might be less comedic, but what the series do have in common is that they are very good when they are good. You probably can't go wrong with one if you liked the other.
High school teacher Rinko Yoshitaka is racking her brain about Arase-kun, a student of hers who's nothing but problems. He doesn't turn in his homework, is always late, and is prone to dozing off in class. At school, he's apathetic and unmotivated, but after school, he says "please thank me, because I gave you an excuse to call me." And so, she gets doted on by the earnest, kind yet apathetic young man?! It turns out that she's more than just his teacher, but not yet his lover! Thus begins the comedic romance between this pair with a significant age difference!

Both series feature a student-teacher relationship in which the female teacher has conflicting feelings about the whole thing. This pair differs in terms of prsonality between those two series, but should be close enough (they share some similarities with other cast members). 14-sai no Koi has multiple couples (with at least 2 age gap ones or was it 3), while Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai has mostly one. Also one takes place in middle school, while the other in high school. If you read one and liked it, the other should be right up your alley.
Ritsu, a new high school teacher, finds that she can't get first year male high school student Shinobu off her mind. It seems that Shinobu can't get Ritsu out of his head either... A heartrending school love story that delicately depicts the feelings of men and women when they're in love.
Acchan, finds out that the man her mother had an affair with 10 years ago is still around, and a storm of memories, curiosity, and passion surfaces.
