Guy can see ghosts; Ghosts can see him; They annoy him so much that he wants to beat the s*** out of them. This is how you could describe the male leads of both Let's Fight Ghost and Ga-re. If you find such plot interesting, those two are highly recommended.
Teiichi Niiya is a first year middle-school student at Seikyou Private Academy, an institution known for mysterious occurrences. The boy quickly finds these rumors to be true when he meets Yuuko Kanoe, a beautiful, mischievous girl who quickly takes a liking to him... and happens to be a ghost who seemingly no one else can see! Unable to remember anything about her past, Yuuko enlists Teiichi’s help to discover the truth, and together they join the school's Paranormal Investigation Club. With fellow memebers Momoe and Kirie, the pair will investigate the many strange happenings around campus, including the shadowy circumstances surrounding Yuuko’s death.
Both Let's Fight Ghost and Tasogare Otome x Amnesia feature a boy who can see and touch ghosts and there is also this ghost-girl. However Let's Fight Ghost is royally messed up and you could say that the boy's relationship with the ghost-girl is umm... slightly different. Since both of those are comedy filled parodies of horror, you might like one of them if you liked the other.
Edit: Oh wait, Let's Fight Ghost completely stops being a comedy later on.
At first glance, Kimihiro Watanuki appears to be a normal high school student; but little do people know that not only is Watanuki able to see spirits, but he's also a magnet for them! One day, after being chased by one such spirit, Watanuki happens upon a strange building. There he meets a mysterious witch named Yuuko, who claims she can get rid of his ability to see spirits - for a price: Watanuki must work as her housekeeper until he has paid off the cost of granting his wish. Now Watanuki's eyes are being opened to an entirely new side of the world as he assists Yuuko in her work, all while balancing the housework, his schoolwork, and most importantly, ensuring that Yuuko is never out of sake!
The male leads in Let's Fight Ghost and xxxHolic have a similar ghost problem, but they way with dealing with it is vastly different. If you find the "guy sees ghosts" theme interesting, you should give both of those a try.
P.S. Let's Fight Ghost gets strong on tragedy and drama later on which in turn makes those two series more similar.
