One word "family." That is what these stories are all about.
Well to be more accurate it's about how to keep your family together.

HaruHana and Kokoro ni Hana wo!! are about a group of very close (though unrelated by blood) attractive men (and one girl) running a small shop with the mission to make all of their customers happy. Whether they do this with massages, violin music, or flowers, both series have the same fluffy shoujo atmosphere.

Both of these shoujo manga are about a gaggle of ridiculously handsome/cute guys that just want to help people and make them happy. Both are fluffy and light-hearted, and if you liked one, I can't see why you wouldn't also like the other.
