Both mangas are about a rather timid guy who is living (not entirely willingly) with a group of odd women, and who gets routinely harassed and abused by the female lead. Said female lead in each case though displays indications of being tsundere.
The plots of these two series are virtually identical. A guy winds up living with, becoming the servant of, and getting abused by a group of wrestling sisters. These two manga are so exceedingly similar that one is forced to wonder if one author simplied copied the other's work. Leona Explosion is more ecchi and Palacio's art looks more polished, but aside from that, these series are as alike as any two unrelated series can be. If you enjoyed either of these, you will most certainly want to read the other one.
Probably because of the wrestling theme or to be more exact female wrestlers Koko ga Uwasa no El Palacio reminded me of Matsuri Special. Other than that those two series probably don't have much in common, but if you liked one, you could give the other one a try anyway.
You might wonder what does Koko ga Uwasa no El Palacio and Natsuzora and Run have in common to get a recommendation and to tell you the truth, the answere to that question would be nothing. However Koko ga Uwasa no El Palacio includes a oneshot The Number on My Back is O and this recommendation is solely based on that oneshot. Basically Natsuzora and Run is similar to The Number on My Back is O due to the fact that both of the manga revolve around a male student who is a member of a baseball club, a new female teacher and their interaction. The biggest difference would be the fact that in Natsuzora and Run the relationship is romantic in nature, while in The Number on My Back is O it never becomes such. So if you want to read something like The Number on My Back is O, but with strong romantic plot, you should definitely give Natsuzora and Run a try.
