Both of those series are slice of life\comedy\romance thing with a hefty dose of weirdness coming from the fact that many characters are demi-humans\monsters. If you liked one, the other one should prove just as interesting.

Another story about a guy who ends up bonding with a variety of monster girls. Kanajo is a bit more "adult" in terms of it's sexual content, although the adult moments are not the focus of the series like the more popular Monster girl manga.

Do you want to read more romcoms with the relationship human x youkai? There you go, dinner is served.

Youkai Shoujo has a lot of nudity, sexual content and a story with rivals and antagonists while Kanojo wa Rokurokubi is more of a gag manga, lots of laughing less substance. Two different projects with the same base. Enjoy

Same odd atmosphere with little romance around. Both have no fulfilling ending, still you wont regret reading.
